  • Abstracts of 7th International Congress of Trichology
    Vol. 1 No. Suppl.1 (2024)

The International Congress of Trichology (CIT2024) is proud to announce its 7th edition. Since its inaugural session in 2012, São Paulo, Brazil, has been the predominant host, welcoming the event six times. In 2013, the prestigious gathering took place in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, expertly coordinated by Dr. Miguel Ángel Cisterna and Dr. Maria Laura Bovcon.

CIT is renowned for its multidisciplinary approach and its primarily scientific focus, enriched by the participation of distinguished speakers from around the globe. This has established CIT as one of the foremost international forums on hair health. The congress consistently emphasizes practical clinical and surgical applications while also addressing a breadth of topics including legislation, entrepreneurship, chemical treatments in hair care, genetics, neuropsychology, and basic sciences. These subjects are of immense interest to professionals dedicated to resolving hair-related issues.

We have always devoted meticulous attention to the selection of themes and speakers, valuing quality and depth to ensure that every aspect of the event enriches participants. This commitment extends to our selection of sponsors, whose contributions equip our attendees with a comprehensive suite of insights and tools. These resources are intended to profoundly enhance and innovate the trichological practices of all professionals who view CIT as a pivotal platform for professional development and networking.

The CIT2024 Organizing Committee takes immense pride in offering an unparalleled congress experience, aiming to set a new benchmark for excellence with this edition.
