Abstract

This article proposes a reflection on the potential of philosophy as a form of therapy for hair problems. By exploring the ideas of philosophers such as Plato, Epictetus, Seneca, Søren Kierkegaard, Friedrich Nietzsche, Martin Heidegger, Viktor Frankl, Rubem Alves, and Byung-Chul Han, we seek to understand how philosophical knowledge can contribute to a deeper understanding of the suffering associated with hair health. Philosophy, which offers us different perspectives on human existence, can be an integrative practice that helps not only in understanding the psychological factors involved but also in the pursuit of a life that values health and balance. This study proposes a careful analysis of philosophers' thoughts and their concepts that can be applied to understanding the psychological and emotional aspects that influence hair health.
